Steven has over 24 years’ experience at Director level within estate agency. He leads Vanilla Square day to day and is deeply passionate about property. His expertise spans sales throughout the local market from traditional West End flats to detached family homes, totalling over £1Billion in sales. He specialises in maximising property value while delivering a highly personal service.

Outside work, Steven enjoys time with his wife, Alana, and their three kids, Kyron, Grayson & Halle. He also enjoys outdoor activities including tennis, golf, rugby and skiing.

Gemma leads the team on a daily basis and makes sure things run smoothly. She is a natural people person, with strong focus on client care. She understands how stressful the property process can be and supports clients throughout from first enquiry to completion. Prior to joining Vanilla Square, she spent 12 years with British Airways, bringing high level customer service experience.

Gemma lives in Bearsden, is a mother of three, and balances work with a busy social life and travel.

Liam has over a decade of experience in the property industry gained through working with Corum and latterly Savills. He has developed a deep understanding of the market and needs of buyers and sellers, establishing himself as an expert specialising in Glasgow. He combines in-depth knowledge with a strategic approach to property sales and acquisitions.

Outside work Liam loves the outdoors, has summited Mont Blanc and enjoys playing various sports.

Vicki joined Vanilla Square with over 14 years’ property sector experience. She has previously worked for Rettie & Co in the West End and Corum in Bearsden, giving her deep local knowledge. She is known for her enthusiasm, drive, and commitment, and is passionate about delivering high quality client care at every stage of buying or selling transactions.

Vicki lives in the West End with her family and their dog; she enjoys cooking and spending weekends socialising with friends.

James, a Senior Sales Director with over 30 years of experience, enriches Vanilla Square with his extensive background in estate agency, land sales and property consultancy. He has a track record of success in high-value homes and coastal properties across Scotland, shaping top-performing estate agency offices for big corporates.

James lives in Bearsden and has a particular passion for property in the area as being very highly regarded by residents and industry peers.

Alana, with over 20 years in property, provides invaluable support to Vanilla Square clients. From being the Manager at Corum Troon to leading King Sturge in Glasgow, her expertise and caring nature leaves lasting impressions. She manages difficult situations with ease and makes the client’s journey smooth, ensuring that Vanilla Square are first choice for those who move again.

Alana, based in Kilmacolm, is wife of Steven and enjoys family time and creating memories worldwide.

Hollie has been a Sales Executive at Vanilla Square for over 4 years, with a background in PR and events, she excels in strategic marketing and customer service. She enjoys meeting clients at properties and selling the unique features of each home. Hollie is a team player and can step into any role to ensure client journeys are smooth.

A mother of two, she enjoys travelling, exploring cultures, and socialising in Glasgow’s West End where she calls home.

Ros is a natural people person with a genuine passion for property. With a warm and approachable manner, she builds strong relationships with clients and ensures they feel supported throughout the buying and selling process. Dedicated to delivering exceptional service, Ros places client care at the forefront of everything she does, making her a valued team member.

Outside work Ros enjoys being with her large family and her 6 dogs, plus wild swimming in Colintraive.
